We had a great time at Oatland Island Wildlife Center for our January outing for Moms, Tots & Homeschoolers Activity Group. The weather was in the mid-50s, but the sun was shining. We had a great turnout and the kids had a great time.
The animals were more active than anyone had seen them before. The deer were leaping around their enclosure, the wolves were up pacing and howling and even the armadillos were out digging in the dirt. We then enjoyed our sack lunches and are now looking forward to our next month's adventure!
